中科院海洋所科研人員利用ZooSCAN圖像掃描技術(shù)估算生物量

ZooSCAN浮游動(dòng)物圖像掃描分析系統(tǒng)主要用于對(duì)液體中的浮游動(dòng)物樣品進(jìn)行計(jì)數(shù)、大小測(cè)量、種類鑒定以及生物量測(cè)定。

ZooSCAN系統(tǒng)是由ZooSCAN、ZooProcess和Plankton Identifer (PkID)等共同組成的,ZooSCAN是硬件部分,主要進(jìn)行浮游動(dòng)物樣品掃描,形成數(shù)字圖像。ZooProcess和PkID是軟件部分,分別以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的程序處理原始圖像、對(duì)不同個(gè)體的形態(tài)參數(shù)進(jìn)行自動(dòng)測(cè)量和對(duì)圖像中的浮游動(dòng)物進(jìn)行自動(dòng)分類和計(jì)數(shù)。其基本工作流程包括:1)掃描空白背景;2)掃描樣品,獲得原始圖片和元數(shù)據(jù)信息;3) 通過(guò)ZooProcess軟件,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化原始圖片,提取并測(cè)量圖片中不同個(gè)體的形態(tài)參數(shù);4) 通過(guò)PkID 軟件建立圖像培訓(xùn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)并進(jìn)行性能驗(yàn)證;5) 針對(duì)已掃描的樣品圖像,進(jìn)行浮游動(dòng)物的自動(dòng)識(shí)別,獲得不同類群浮游動(dòng)物的數(shù)量;6) 形態(tài)學(xué)參數(shù)的提取與分析,可進(jìn)一步獲得樣品的粒徑組成、生物學(xué)體積等信息。


應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域:生態(tài)學(xué)調(diào)查、漁業(yè)、水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖、教育。


近年,中國(guó)科學(xué)院海洋研究所科研人員利用ZooScan圖像掃描技術(shù),建立膠州灣浮游動(dòng)物優(yōu)勢(shì)種中華哲水蚤和強(qiáng)壯箭蟲體長(zhǎng)、面積和體積與干重之間的回歸關(guān)系。比較了不同季節(jié)、不同參數(shù)之間的差異。結(jié)果表明,不同月份的回歸關(guān)系之間無(wú)顯著差異,在三個(gè)體型參數(shù)中,面積擬合生物量的程度最好,是利用圖像方法估算生物量最佳參數(shù)。中華哲水蚤和強(qiáng)壯箭蟲體型-生物量轉(zhuǎn)換關(guān)系可以分別表示為:lgDW=1.61lgA+1.69,lgDW=1.54lgA+1.32。


廠家對(duì)ZooSCAN進(jìn)行了全面的升級(jí)換代,鑒于工作需要,中國(guó)科學(xué)院海洋研究所再次選購(gòu)1套ZooSCAN浮游動(dòng)物圖像掃描分析系統(tǒng),極大地增強(qiáng)了海洋所膠州灣生態(tài)環(huán)境研究的能力。
